Oragenics is led by a CEO and CFO who has built her career at the intersection of healthcare finance and operational leadership — and who understands what it takes to build a company through its most critical growth stages. 

Prior to joining Oragenics, she served as CFO for TRxADE HEALTH (Scienture Holdings), a Nasdaq-listed digital health company, where she managed financial operations across a complex multi-subsidiary structure. She was a founding member and CFO of Banyan Pediatric Care Centers and played a central role in the company’s merger with Assisted 4 Living (Arboreta Healthcare Inc.), navigating the transaction from preparation through close. She also served as CFO for Signature HomeNow. 

At Oragenics, she leads the company through a pivotal clinical and strategic transformation — overseeing everything from capital markets and investor relations to daily financial operations, while steering the clinical development of ONP-002 toward its Phase 2a data readout and U.S. IND submission. She represents the company in front of institutional investors, at scientific forums, and before the board. 

Her approach is direct, operationally rigorous, and focused on creating shareholder value through clinical execution and financial discipline. 

James P. Kelly, MA, MD, FAAN, FANA

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. James P. Kelly is one of the nation’s foremost authorities on traumatic brain injury — a physician-scientist who has spent his career at the center of military and civilian TBI research, and whose clinical and scientific reputation gives Oragenics’ concussion program a level of credibility that is rare for a company of its stage. 

Dr. Kelly currently serves as Executive Director of the Marcus Institute for Brain Health (MIBH) and as a Professor of Neurology at the University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical Campus. He previously served as the Director of the National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE) at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center — one of the country’s premier military TBI treatment and research programs. 

His credentials include Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology (FAAN) and Fellow of the American Neurological Association (FANA). He has published extensively on brain injury, concussion management, and the long-term neurological consequences of repeated head trauma. He advises Oragenics on clinical strategy, scientific positioning, and the translation of ONP-002’s mechanism of action into compelling investor and clinical narratives. 

William “Frank” Peacock, MD

Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. William “Frank” Peacock is a world-renowned researcher and clinician in emergency medicine and traumatic brain injury — bringing to Oragenics a depth of clinical trial expertise that directly supports the design and execution of the Phase 2a program. 

He currently serves as Vice Chair for Emergency Medicine Research at Baylor College of Medicine. He previously held a professorship at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. Dr. Peacock is a globally recognized speaker and researcher specializing in biomarkers of traumatic brain injury — a critical area for the development of objective diagnostic and treatment endpoints in acute concussion care. 

His involvement positions Oragenics’ clinical program with the scientific rigor required to generate data that will support both regulatory review and clinical adoption. 

Mark Gandolfo

Project Manager

Mark graduated from Rowan University in 2018 with a degree in Communication Studies, specializing in Rhetorical Theory. After spending four years working in a physical therapy clinic, he transitioned into the biopharmaceutical industry in 2021 as a project manager at Odyssey Health, Inc. Since 2023, Mark has been a project manager at Oragenics, where he applies his strategic planning and leadership skills to drive successful project execution in the industry.
